At Wave Spas USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home spa experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Package Your Item
Ensure the spa and all accessories are securely packed in their original box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
